One-on-one consulting and coaching;
Group programs;
Self-paced digital courses;
Resources such as templates, guides, or downloads.

Access to services may require payment and completion of a contract or terms agreement. You agree not to share purchased materials outside of your personal use.

Acceptance of Terms Upon Purchase

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services, programs, courses, digital products, subscriptions, or consulting/coaching packages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This agreement is effective upon your first purchase or use of any of our offerings, and continues in full force as long as you engage with our content, services, or site.

If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use our services or make any purchases.

Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or MailerLite. Refund policies are outlined at the point of sale. Digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

Client Responsibility
You are responsible for implementing the insights and tools provided. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our coaching and consulting are educational and supportive, not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Psychology of The Heart, its owner, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use any services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Coaching/Consulting Disclaimer

The services and content provided by Psychology of The Heart (Aziza Ransome, PsyM) are not a substitute for professional mental health, legal, medical, or financial advice. While our consulting and coaching services may support wellness and business development, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of client communications and expect the same respect in return. However, confidentiality may be broken if required by law (e.g., risk of harm).

Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal communication and mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
